On 01 September 2015, MAB Ground Handling Services Sdn Bhd was birthed as the ground handling subsidiary of Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG).

The company name has been officially  changed  from MAB Ground Handling Services Sdn Bhd to AeroDarat Services Sdn Bhd (AeroDarat) with effect from 18 January 2016.

Today, AeroDarat is in fact one of the few legal ground handlers licensed to provide ground handling services in Malaysia.
